Gathering Requirements

- Gather all needed information about the currently energy usage day and night and any additional energy expected in the future
- Determine the ample space to install the solar, either on the roof or on land surrounding the home in order to efficiently harvest the solar energy.
- Check the content of the needed electric panel with sufficient capacity and if any upgrading is needed (this is also a good idea for older panels that are no longer working well or if replacement parts are difficult to get).

Design & Study

- Determine power consumption demands: The first step in designing a solar PV system is to find out the total power and energy consumption of all loads that need to be supplied by the solar PV system. -Size the PV modules: Different size of PV modules will produce different amount of power. To find out the sizing of PV module, the total peak watt produced needs. The peak watt (Wp) produced depends on size of the PV module and climate of site location. We have to consider panel generation factor which is different in each site location.
-Inverter sizing: An inverter is used in the system where AC power output is needed. The input rating of the inverter should never be lower than the total watt of appliances. The inverter must have the same nominal voltage as your battery.
-Battery sizing: The battery should be large enough to store sufficient energy to operate the appliances at night and cloudy days.

Preparing Needed Documentation

- Some city requires you to obtain a permit, you’ll now need to prepare all the documents for your permit application. These typically include a roof plan, a site plan, a construction plan, an electrical plan, and a location plan, among others. Our company is familiar with the process and may be able to assist you in submitting your permit application. -A detailed quotation will be issue by the company for define each components installed in type, quantities and applicable warranty terms.

Equipment Installation

- Array Location: Check for any obstructions or shading, adapt the inclination and alignment of the solar structure so that snow does not accumulate. -Structure: Check local design against wind speed, sow load and rafter or truss spacing. Wind speed, strong gusts of wind will force us to reinforce the fixations and safety of the assembly.
-Electric: Apply main service panel and ingredients as define in design and study with high respects of safety measures.

System Follow-up & Support

-Cleaning actions: Dirt and debris can collect on your panels, especially during storms or extended periods without rainfall. Occasional cleaning can remove this debris and ensure that your solar panels get the optimal amount of sunlight. -Checking actions: Once to twice time per year an inspection visit must be applied to site to make sure everything is working as it should.
